Reset values
Hi, I'm using HJTAG+HFLASHER+Wiggler clone with IAR EWARM for debugging an LPC2361 board. When I power up for the first time the board and download my application, all CPU registers have their correct reset values (which is 0x00 for most of them). But the second time (and subsequents) I run the debugger the registers have the value left in the last debug session. It's like they don't return to their reset values each time I restart the debugger. I've found that if I change the connection mode in HJTAG to "Harware reset and halt at 0x0" or "Hardware reset and halt after 0ms" the problem is solved and the reset values are correct each time I run the debugger. But the problem is that HFLASHER fails with this settings ("Can't halt..."). Therefore, I use "Attach" as connection mode, program target, change to some of the others connection modes, and run the debugger. I have "allow hardware reset" enabled in IAR, but this seems to be useless. Is there a easiest way to solve this? Thanks in advance and apologies for my english.
