Debug cortex-m3 with keil

Hi,

I am working on lpc1768 for my project. I am unable to debug it with keil.
I have a USB H-JTAG personnel edition. H-JTAG detects the target, can program it, but doesn't debug with keil.
It doesn't even throw any error. It is working fine with LPC2148.
Please help.
